It's a beautiful sunny day. I got paid today! Cool. I feel more energized than yesterday and overall more hopeful. I can get things done, I can get myself out of this bleak state, I can be something much better than I have been. I don't have to be chained to these commitments, not if it's going to make me stressed and miserable.
