I am back from Reno. It was a lot of fun. We didn't spend as much time at Lake Tahoe as I expected. We spent more time in the casinos in downtown Reno and in Virginia City, a historic mining town.

Right now I am feeling tired and kind of in a daze. I don't know what it is, the disruption in my usual routine of napping, daytime TV, and a lot of caffeine. Maybe because I haven't exercised in three days and I've been eating like a pig at all-you-can-eat buffets. Oh well, back to normal for me tomorrow.
