I spent about six hours with my extended family today, playing Rummikub and talking with my cousins. The last two I really started regretting that I hadn't brought my own car. Oh well, it's good to spend time with family especially since we don't get together that often. My dad didn't go, further widening the rift between him and my aunt. Sigh.
I'm still feeling kind of depressed, but it helped to get out of the house for awhile. I should probably be doing work since I'm so behind on my hours it's ridiculous and I'm going to have to lie in order to fill them.
My little confessional yesterday cleared up a lot of things for me. I'm just going to get through this semester the best I can, and we'll see what happens after that.
