Weird day. It was a school holiday, but I still met with my advisor. Most of the time I feel OK talking to her, but once in a while I feel uncomfortable, like I am spewing a bunch of nonsense and she is sitting there angry and frustrated with me. Today was one of those times.
It didn't turn out too badly. I talked about how I am frustrated and unsure of what I'm supposed to be doing. She basically said that I need to ask more questions and not just sit around and let other people do things. So I said OK, not sure exactly how that intention is going to get translated into action.
